This sensor is suitable for use in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, labs, schools, factories, or offices, as it requires no physical touch, making it a convenient and hygienic option.
Key features of the ENFORCER Outdoor Wave-to-Open Sensor include an adjustable sensor range of up to 7" (18cm), a durable stainless steel plate, and a weatherproof (IP65) design for outdoor use. The sensor's clean and simple no-touch operation ensures a seamless user experience.
The device is equipped with a 1.2A relay that offers an adjustable trigger duration ranging from 0.8 to 30 seconds, or a toggle function. The sensor area is illuminated by LEDs, making it easily identifiable, and the LED colors can be selectively programmed to turn from red to green or green to red to indicate when the sensor has been activated.
In the event of a power failure, the sensor's manual override button allows the device to function without electricity, ensuring continued operation even during a power outage. The ENFORCER Outdoor Wave-to-Open Sensor conforms to UL Standard 294 and is ETL-listed, providing assurance of its quality and safety.
The sensor's specifications include an operating voltage of 12-24 VDC, with a maximum current draw (±10%) of 13mA/15mA in standby red mode, 21mA/25mA in triggered green mode, 12mA/14mA in standby green mode, and 23mA/28mA in triggered red mode (for 12/24 VDC, respectively). The relay is a SPDT dry contact type, with a 1.2A@24VDC rating and a response time of 10ms.
The sensor's range can be adjusted from 2" to 7" (5 to 18 cm), and it is rated for a destructive attack level of I, line security level of I, endurance level of IV, and standby power level of I. The device is weatherproof, with an IP65 rating, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to 55°C).
